The mission of the Northeast Neighborhood Association (NECAA) is to unite our neighborhood, encourage cooperation and insure continued quality of life; to have a unified community under a central organization; to have active members interested in working toward bettering our community; and to identify problems in zoning, safety and public improvements needed in the area.
